Choose dates and times, view available vehicles, then complete the vehicle and customer information to submit a reservation request.
New requests are pending approval, with a temporary vehicle hold for two hours from submission. A request not approved within this period expires. This is separate from collection waiting periods for a confirmed booking.
The selected vehicle is prioritised. An equivalent vehicle may be offered due to late return, accident, breakdown or maintenance.
Yes. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and Center City approval.
Economy 24 years/2-year licence, Comfort 25/2, Prestige 26/3 and Luxury 27/5. The requirements shown for your selected vehicle apply.
Our standard rental requirements are at least 24 years of age and two years of driving licence experience. Some vehicle groups require a higher age and longer experience.
A valid ID/passport, driving licence and information required for payment/security procedures.
A financial assessment may be requested according to segment. Reference minimum scores are Economy/Comfort 800, Prestige 1,200 and Luxury 1,400.
Credit card, cash and bank transfer. Online card charging is not currently active.
Yes. It may be taken as card pre-authorisation or as a cash/bank-transfer deposit.
Depending on the vehicle, 4,000 TRY, 7,000 TRY or 8,000 TRY.
After vehicle return checks and any toll/additional charges are finalised, subject to the payment method and bank processing times.
The daily mileage allowance is shown in the vehicle details. The allowance for your selected vehicle applies.
Yes, 3,500 km per month.
Economy 7 TRY/km, Comfort 8, Prestige 9, Luxury 12.
Return the vehicle at the same fuel level. Missing fuel may be charged plus a 40% service fee.
Standard pick-up is at our Beylikdüzü main office.
Subject to availability. The fee depends on location, distance and reservation and is quoted separately.
Up to 2 hours is free. Longer delays may incur 1/3, 2/3 or one full daily rental charge.
Yes, if the vehicle is available and Center City approves the extension.
Yes. The driver must meet the relevant requirements. Fee: 150 TRY/day.
Child seat 150 TRY/day, navigation 100 TRY/day, additional driver 150 TRY/day.
No cancellation fee up to 1 hour before the reservation. Later cancellations may incur up to 30% of the total.
When the customer does not collect the vehicle. The reservation is protected for 2 hours and may be cancelled after 4 hours total.
Early-return charges/refunds are assessed according to the reservation and rental agreement.
Fines incurred during the rental and related service fees are the renter’s responsibility.
HGS, bridge and motorway charges incurred during the rental are charged to the renter.
Stop safely, contact Center City immediately and obtain the required official reports/documents.
General insurance/comprehensive-cover information is provided according to the applicable policy. No separate paid cover package is offered online.
If the licence is legally valid in Türkiye at the rental date, it may be accepted; passport/additional documents may be required.
Not as standard. Written approval and required official/insurance procedures are mandatory.
Stop safely and contact Center City. Do not arrange repairs without authorisation.
Required tyre arrangements are made according to season, law and vehicle-use conditions.
Vehicles such as Renault Express may be rented when driver and use requirements are met.
The vehicle is delivered only to an authorised driver who has completed the required checks.
