Review the rental conditions below, from vehicle selection to collection and return. Vehicle-specific requirements are available on the relevant vehicle card.
1. Customer Information
Identity, contact, driver and reservation information is processed as required to perform the rental agreement and comply with applicable law.
2. Age & Licence Requirements
Standard rentals require a minimum age of 24 and a valid driving licence held for at least two years. Higher requirements apply to the vehicle groups below. Please check the conditions shown for your selected vehicle before booking.

3. Financial Assessment / Findeks
Minimum scores: Economy 800, Comfort 800, Prestige 1,200, Luxury 1,400. Where an assessment is required, the relevant privacy and consent process is handled separately.
4. Rental Period & Late Return
No extra charge up to 2 hours. Beyond 2 hours, 1/3 of the daily rate may apply; 3+ hours 2/3; 4+ hours one full day. Tolerance may not apply when the return coincides with office closing.
5. Mileage Limits
The daily mileage allowance is shown in the selected vehicle’s details. The monthly limit is 3,500 km. Excess mileage: Economy 7 TRY/km, Comfort 8 TRY/km, Prestige 9 TRY/km, Luxury 12 TRY/km.
6. Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned at the same fuel level. A 40% service charge may be added to missing fuel.
7. Pick-up & Return
Standard pick-up is at the Beylikdüzü main office. Airport, bus station or city-address delivery/collection is subject to availability and any fee is quoted separately.
8. Model & Equivalent Vehicle
The selected vehicle is prioritised. An equivalent vehicle may be offered due to late return, accident, breakdown or maintenance. An upgrade may be provided at no extra cost; a downgrade requires customer approval and a price adjustment.
9. Additional Driver & Extras
Child seat 150 TRY/day, navigation 100 TRY/day, additional driver 150 TRY/day.
Additional drivers must also meet the selected vehicle’s age and licence requirements and be named in the rental agreement.
10. Insurance & Cover
General insurance and comprehensive cover information is provided according to the applicable policy. No separate paid cover package is offered on this website.
11. Traffic Fines & Tolls
Traffic fines, incorrect toll usage, HGS/highway charges and related service fees incurred during the rental are the renter’s responsibility.
12. Payment, Deposit & Pre-authorisation
Rental and extras may be paid by credit card, cash or bank transfer. The security amount may be taken as card pre-authorisation or cash/transfer deposit. Security amounts: 4,000 TRY for Egea, Express, Clio, Corsa, i20, Megane, Corolla, Egea Cross and Peugeot 2008; 7,000 TRY for Peugeot 3008; 8,000 TRY for BMW 2.18i and Mercedes C200. One credit card is sufficient for all vehicles.
Online card charging is not currently active. The security deposit is displayed separately from the rental price.
13. Reservation, Changes & Extension
Changes and extensions are subject to vehicle availability and become valid after Center City confirmation.
New website requests are pending approval. The vehicle is temporarily held for two hours from submission. A request that is not approved within that period expires. Please check your approval status for a confirmed reservation.
14. Failure to Collect a Confirmed Booking (No-Show)
The periods below relate to the scheduled collection time of a confirmed booking. They are separate from the two-hour approval hold for new requests.
The reservation is held for the first 2 hours; after an additional 2-hour no-show period (4 hours total), it may be cancelled and the vehicle released.
15. Cancellation & Refund
No cancellation fee applies up to 1 hour before the reservation. Outside this period, up to 30% of the total reservation amount may be charged. Early return and extensions are assessed separately.
16. Accident, Damage & Breakdown
In the event of accident, damage or breakdown, stop safely and contact Center City immediately. Required reports, official documents and photographs must be retained.
17. Vehicle Use
The vehicle may only be driven by authorised drivers named in the agreement and must be used lawfully and for its intended purpose.
18. Important Notices
Final conditions may vary according to vehicle, reservation, policy and contract details. The rental agreement signed at handover prevails.
